Hello!!!

Long time, no blog!!!

Life has been busy with work, family and enjoying the summer!   I try to stalk visit most of your blogs each week but found I do not have time to comment on most.  Just know, I'm thinking about each of you and will comment when I can!

As you know,  Colorado has been experiencing many disasters this year from the wildfires to the horrific shooting at the Aurora movie theater!   Hopefully, we will enjoy better times soon!

To keep my little brain in a positive emotional state, I have been focusing on my Pet Blogs!  I started a blog for my kitties shortly after "meeting" a wonderful Pet Blogger who started following this blog!  Last Fall, soon after we adopted Winston, I started his blog so he could express his view on life!
Some of you may think Pet Blogging is silly but I have met a wonderful group of bloggers through this venue!  As with family blogs, the Pet Blogging community is very supportive and it's  a great source of knowledge for pet owners!

Since Friday was the start of the 2012 Olympic games in London, it was also the start of the Blogville Olympics!

For those of you who don't follow my pet blogs, I wanted you to see my Granddaughter with Cecil!

In the summer, I have the Grandkiddo's Wednesday night until Thursday afternoon.   Until this year, the cats would go into hiding, while the three little ones were here,  and only venture out after they left. The cats were fine around the older kids but the little ones, with all of their noise, scared them! This year, Cecil has come out from under the bed and has made a new friend.

 Have a wonderful weekend,
~Shawn~
