  2. We just sold our two 1950's chev pickups because of no money to restore them. Love the old car, so neat and to get what he was looking for and the color, can't beat that. We have a 1949 and a 1961 chev firetrucks that we've restored and use for our local kindergarten rides for the past 15 years. Did do a couple of parades too and our local firemans competition.
Old is better on lots of things.
Thanks for stopping by Shawn. Take care and God Bless!!

    1. Julie,

I was thankful Hubby found a Chevy that doesn't need restoration, especially since he still has the pickup! Sounds like our men would have a lot in common!

  3. IT'S RED! I'm squealing with excitement! Because IT'S RED! LOL My hubby would have a time with yours! He loves old cars too...but we don't have any. Except for my '87 Mercedes...that doesn't count as old yet, does it?

    1. Pam,
I must say the color is great. I just can't figure out how to turn on the air conditioning!! The tiny side view mirrors are so funny and I forgot about the massive steering wheels!

    1. Judy, I'm looking for a poodle skirt!! During the spring and summer months, Loveland has a Friday Cruise Night. We went a few weeks ago before Hubby bought the car..so many sharp cars to see. Then we went to our local diner, Fatso's, for dinner.

I had forgotten about the rhinestone glasses....I'm all about the bling!

  6. Old Kitty,

I don't know anything about cars..if they get me from point A to point B..it's all good! I do like the little dice on the tire thingy and they are also on the push down buttons for the door locks!
