Merry Christmas

I have neglected my blog for the last month to give family, work and life center stage!
One of my many resolutions for the new year is to set aside time to devote to my blogs and learn some time management skills!!

Another new adventure is a change in diet! Not that I have unhealthy habits, but I do crave sweets and snacks. For the last few weeks Hubby and I have been reading, researching, questioning and discussing ways to ensure we are treating our bodies as temples, not garbage cans! I will keep you posted as we get closer to a decision and plan. We have picked January 1st as our New Lifestyle Day...stay tuned!

I hope you are enjoying your Holiday Season!

I wish my friends a Happy Hanukkah, Dec. 20th

...a Blessed Solstice Dec. 21

....a Merry Christmas Dec. 25

Wishing you a Blessed Holiday and Prayers for a Happy, Healthy 2012!

I will leave you with one of my favorite Christmas songs! Actually, this is a song for all seasons.

  8. Merry Christmas my friend. I wish you and your family the very best Christmas ever.
Good luck with your changes in your eating. It's hard but oh so doable especially after all that you've done this past year.
    Take care and God Bless!!

  9. when you learn the time management trick please pass it on! I have so many blog posts I had scheduled that I just don't have time for right now so everything is getting pushed a month or so behind...it's crazy!

You aren't heavy at all but if you want a healthy "plan" I have been going to Weight Watcher's for over a year now and I LOVE IT!!

    Merry, Merry Christmas to you!

  10. There just never seems to be enough time, does there? Can't wait to hear all about what y'all decide for your lifestyle change in healthier eating. Hubs and I have come to love and appreciate our decision to go gluten free and cut the sugar. I am amazed at the energy levels and at how his ADHD symptoms have lessened! Not to mention that we just feel better!
