Thirty days of Thanks

Eleventh Day of Thanks

The local, late night, news predicted snowfall and a rough commute to work for the greater Denver area this morning. Although I do not have to work this morning, I have a hair appointment ( lucky me, my daughter is a Stylist) and a lot of errands to take care of.  Last night, I was a little concerned on what I would wake up to this morning.

Today I am thankful that we are getting the much needed moisture.

I love that I see the FLAG  out my kitchen window!

So far, just a light dusting of snow!
So sad, the Pool and Hot Tub.

  1. Would love to have snow. Growing up in Texas it's a very rare commodity. My husband grew up in ND and doesn't miss it at all.... I guess it's the same as women with straight hair wanting curly and women with curly hair wanting straight ;-)

  2. We had a dusting on Monday (I think?) but it only stuck around for a couple of hours and was gone again. Temps have been steadily in the 30's and 40's but yesterday and so far today we've hit 50. I'm not a huge fan of winter anymore either, but it's what comes with living here in the northeast..... Nice pictures!

    Blessings,
    Martha

  5. Pretty pictures! We are supposed to get snow in Minnesota tonight as well. I love it -- just not driving in it!

Just starting following you and looking forward to it :)

  7. Hi Guys,
I just love the pics of your snow day in Denver. I have a couple of uncle's that live in your town. It is a small world that seems so big to us, but so small to our Savior Jesus.
